How do you ensure the wine is protected during shipping?

We use specialized, climate-controlled packaging and shock-absorbent inserts to ensure your bottles maintain their temperature and structural integrity throughout the delivery process.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. We cannot leave packages unattended at your doorstep.

What is your policy on 'corked' or damaged bottles?

If you believe your wine is corked or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit once the bottle is returned for evaluation.

Can I ship wine to any state in the U.S.?

How should I store my wine once it arrives?

We recommend letting the wine rest for at least 48 hours after transit. Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 45°F and 65°F.
