Our Pouilly-Fumé is a very fruity dry wine made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.It’sthe result of an assemblage of several plots Of our Vineyard.

Grape harvests & Fermentation:Fermentation is done at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine lees.

Tasting:The Pouilly-Fumé is appreciated young and fresh (served between 10 and 12 degrees). It is a fine wine, complex with mineral notes with citrus notes.
