Combining the fresh acidity of the “Anjou Blanc” limestone with the flinty, mouth-coating richness of the “Anjou Noir,” this wine offers a beautiful composite picture of Anjou as a whole, with honeyed notes of apricot giving way to a tangy mineral finish.
