The Macallan Lead Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell, and the Roca brothers, owners of El Cellar de Can Roca, twice named World’s Best Restaurant, went in search of the essence of the capital of cuisine, Paris, known for its rich culinary history, world-renowned chefs and restaurants. The result is their personal postcard of the capital’s scents and flavors turned into a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky that has evident Parisian charm. Sandalwood notes and gentle spices recall the city’s perfumeries. Buttery hints of baguette and brioche evoke Parisian bakeries.
