This shockingly delicious high proof blanco has come completely out of left field. From the relatively unknown Agave Conquista Distillery, it delivers a high proof blanco experience in a completely transparent way. The agave is organically farmed, estate-grown and additive-free. After roasting in brick ovens, it's fermented with only native yeast in stainless steel tanks before being double distilled on small pots and bottled at high proof in liters. Expect classic Lowland aromas and a crispy yet robust mouthfeel.
