Email our support team with your order number and details regarding the specific bottle and the nature of the defect or damage.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging or the cork and bottle if you suspect the wine is corked or oxidized.
Secure the Shipment
Once your claim is approved, carefully repackage the bottle in its original specialized wine shipping container to prevent further breakage during transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle of the same vintage.
